I have had a long career in writing, food related and other more creative projects.

I first started writing food related articles for The Advertiser and Sumptuous magazine in the 80s and 90s and my passion for the written word does not look like abating any time soon.

I write seasonally for SALife

I love putting together witty and original marketing strategies for people and their products: from a range of charcuterie items to olive oil recipe cards and ‘how to use’ ingredients for a market stall.
