PASTA MAKING for beginners
Sat 14th June 11.00 - 2.30pm
It is assumed that you are a complete novice when it comes to pasta making. You will learn to make pasta dough using the pasta machine, then move on to tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini. You will need to bring your own pasta machine. 6 clean tea towels, an apron and a large flat container to take home your pasta, and a roll of baking paper. Please note: this class is not suitable for coeliacs, or gluten/dairy intolerances.

GNOCCHI MASTERCLASS

We all know about potato gnocchi, but there are many more types that add interest and variety to a regional Italian menu: delicious options like ricotta, semolina, pumpkin and even prune, just to name a few. This is a hands-on and demonstration workshop where you will get to make, taste and take home samples of gnocchi. (Although one recipe will be gluten free, this class is not suitable for coeliacs or dairy intolerant.
ITALIAN BISCUITS AND SIMPLE CAKES

Italian recipes for biscuits and everyday cakes are as varied as the regions - we can only hope to scratch the surface in this very special class where our creations are match with home made liquore and the ultimate cocktail espresso.
