I have had a long career in writing, food related and other more creative projects.

I first started writing food related articles for The Advertiser and Sumptuous magazine in the 80s and 90s.

Now I write regularly for SALife.

I love putting together witty and original marketing strategies for people and their products: from a range of charcuterie items to olive oil recipe cards and ‘how to use’ ingredients for a market stall.

I have written many stories about people and situations in various formats and with many wonderful collaborations.
