Buy coffee beans in small amounts, grind them fresh if possible or insist on having them ground specifically for the type of coffee machine you are using. Store your beans in a cool, dry place in a vacuum pack or airtight container. Don't store your precious coffee beans in the fridge but especially not in the freezer!

Introductory Barista Training School

We offer bi-monthly courses for the passionate amateur of coffee.  In this course, we explore the history, folklore and mystique of coffee drinking and offer some practice in the art of making the perfect cup of coffee and velvety, textured milk. Private classes are available for 4-6 people.  Cost of the class is $70/per person. Class times 2.00pm-5.00pm
